- No-Show: If our team arrives and cannot perform the service due to client unavailability, a service fee may apply.

- Completed Services: Refunds for completed services are generally not available unless there is a clear error or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.
- Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with completed work, please contact us within 48 hours. We will inspect the work and make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you may request a refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.
