  • Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
  • No-Show: If our team arrives and cannot perform the service due to client unavailability, a service fee may apply.

Refund Policy

Since our services involve professional labor and completed work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Completed Services: Refunds for completed services are generally not available unless there is a clear error or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with completed work, please contact us within 48 hours. We will inspect the work and make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you may request a refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.
